The Challenge

The rooftop patio was weathered, peeling, and unusable as a welcoming social space. The walls required heavy restoration, accurate prep work, and a mural design that matched the energy of the venue while holding up outdoors.

The Solution

I restored and resurfaced the full rooftop exterior, repaired aging substrates, and produced a hand-painted floral mural using Molotow Premium. I also repainted the updated Broadway Collective logo and used Meta Quest 3 for virtual layout checks to validate composition at full scale.
