To capture the natural beauty and rich biodiversity of Saskatchewan’s prairies in a way that resonates with the local community and highlights the delicate interplay between land, water, and sky.

The Solution

The mural features a sweeping prairie sky with a subtle gradient complementing bold, vibrant colors of native flowers like prickly pear cactus, crocus, and wild blue flax. It includes local wildlife such as a tiger salamander and walleye fish, and depicts an incoming thunderstorm to symbolize resilience and adaptability.
